My device isn’t charging. What can I do?

If your device is no longer showing lights when charging, here’s what we recommend:

- Check the connection on the cable to ensure that it is plugged in all the way.

- Check if the end cap us damaged. If the end cap has any damage to it, unscrew it, then attempt to reconnect the magnetic charging cable

- Try a different outlet and/or charging block.
