My device isn’t charging. What can I do?

If your Vessel battery is no longer showing lights when charging, here’s what we recommend:

- Check the connection on the cable to ensure that it is plugged in all the way.

- For pen-style devices, check if the end-cap is damaged. If the end cap has any damage to it, the device may not charge. On some models you can unscrew the end cap to see if that helps to create a better connection.

- Try a different outlet and/or charging block.
