My cartridge isn’t heating up. What can I do?
If your cartridge isn’t heating up or producing any vapor, we recommend the following:
- Ensure your device is properly charged.
- Clean the connection point with a cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol to remove any oil residue, dust or other debris.
- Ensure the cartridge isn’t damage or compromised, affecting the ability for the cartridge and heating element to create proper contact.
