Why isn’t my Base charging stand charging my Vessel?

If your Base charging stand isn't charging your device, we recommend the following:

  • Check the cable connection to ensure there is a proper connection.
  • Check that the end cap on the device is not damaged, dented, or has any noticeable debris.
  • Check that the device charges using the magnetic charging cable included with the device. If the cable charges the device but the Base doesn't, let us know.
