Why isn’t my Base charging stand charging my Vessel?

If your Base charging stand isn't charging your device, we recommend the following:

Check the cable connection to ensure there is a proper connection.
Check that the end cap on the device is not damaged, dented, or has any noticeable debris.
Check that the device charges using the magnetic charging cable included with the device. If the cable charges the device but the Base doesn't, let us know.
