My cartridge is stuck. How can I get it out?
The first step to ensuring the best experience with your Vessel device is using the right 510 thread cartridge. We always recommend press lock, 510-tread cartridges and not refillable carts or twist off mouth pieces. If you prefer refillable cartridges, we recommend using 1g cartridges so you can grasp the tank, as opposed to the mouthpiece when unscrewing from the device. If your cartridge is stuck, screw your mouthpiece back in so it’s secure and as best you can, grab the tank and twist counterclockwise.
