My cart isn’t heating. What can I do?
When a cart isn’t heating the issue usually resides within the connection point and/or battery levels. If you’ve carefully cleaned the connection point with Isopropyl alcohol and a cotton swab and your battery is fully charged, it may be an issue with the cartridge itself. There is a 15-20% compatibility issue with the spring load and tension with certain cart manufacturers. If you are having this issue, we suggest alternating to another 510 cart.
