Is there a warranty?
If you purchased your product directly from us at www.vesselbrand.com, rest assured your warranty coverage is automatically activated from date of receipt. If you purchased from another location, please 1) always maintain your proof of purchase, 2) register your product on our site here, to activate your warranty.
Vessel Brand, Inc. warrants Vessel (not its accessories) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of up to one (1) year from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser.
If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, Vessel Brand, Inc will either (1) Repair the product defect, or (2) Exchange the product with a product that is new or is at least a functionally equivalent product.
Damages due to a faulty cartridge are NOT covered by our warranty. We can't issue refunds or replacements for damages incurred by faulty cartridges, but reach out to our customer support team - we'll find ways to care of you if we can.
