Where is my order?
After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 2PM EST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 2PM EST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.
That said, those of you who opt for USPS mail services (First Class or Priority) will from time to time experience delays in USPS updating their systems to reflect up-to-date tracking information. We assure your product gets out in time as mentioned above, however, after the handoff, it is on our trusted partners at USPS, UPS, FedEx to get things to you on time.
Please be understanding, logistics is a crazy endeavor. All of the carriers deal with so much to get packages shipped around the country. Holiday shopping seasons, inclement weather or whatever it may be ("force majeure") things will happen, and if anything does, just let us know (or we'll let you know) and find a solution to keep everyone satisfied.
