Does cold weather affect battery performance?
THE SHORT ANSWER IS YES.
You're probably now hearing the same about Tesla and smartphones, etc. Cold weather (just like heat) don't make nice when it comes to batteries. It's generally a simple fix.
- Be patient, wait for your device to warm up before using
- Keep your Vessel somewhere it can stay warm
Also keep in mind in certain cold temperatures, your Vessel will work fine but the oil cartridge might be too cold or frozen. Just takes time to get it back close to room temp.
